Governor Parson Appoints Megan Julian as Associate Circuit Judge for 21st Judicial Circuit

Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed Megan Julian as Associate Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit. She will fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Heather Cunningham as Circuit Judge.
Ms. Julian, of Des Peres, currently serves as Treatment Court Commissioner of the 21st Judicial Circuit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia.
