MDOT is proposing to remove the existing curb and gutter and maintenance strip along a stretch of US-2 in the village of Naubinway. The strip would be replaced by 6-foot paved shoulders, allowing easier pedestrian and bicycle use. New curb and gutter would be installed. This project is expected to improve safety and nonmotorized access in the area.
