O’FALLON, IL (StLouisRestaurantReview) Zapp Thai Restaurant, LLC has filed a Planned Use Application for a zoning amendment with the City of O’Fallon, IL, to rezone 1407 West Highway 50, Units 106 and 107 in O’Fallon, IL, parcel 03-26.0-401032, from B-1 Community Business District to B-1(P) Planned Community Business District.

The rezoning request is for approval to sell alcohol, specifically, beer and wine.  The two units will be a mixed-use restaurant and lounge with alcohol sales for on-site consumption.
