Accident Reconstruction is investigating a fatal crash that left an unidentified man dead on October 19, 2026 on I-55 near Weber Road. A preliminary investigation revealed that around 3:20 p.m. on October 19, a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling southbound on I-55 approaching the Weber Rd exit when it struck the left front side of a 2023 Freightliner Truck. The Jeep then crossed lane four leaving the roadway and overturning. The driver of the Jeep, and unidentified man, was ejected from the vehicle during the crash.
