However, there have been months of delays as they were targeting a January opening date. Some restaurant tenants have left the concept due to the failed promises costing restaurant owners a significant amount of money due to the delays.
With millions of dollars invested by sophisticated investors, the staff appears unconcerned about a return on the money while the investors are seeking a return of their money and a return on their money.
